We are having 2 uniform collection days for next season.

These days are:

Wednesday 11th January, 2017- between 10am-2pm
Wednesday 18th January, 2017-
Between 10am-2pm

The uniform pack is $100 and is payable in cash on uniform collection day.
The uniform pack includes:
Playing top
Playing shorts
Socks
Warm up top
Hoody

Please bring your child’s proof of birth if your child hasn’t played at Mill Park before-
a birth certificate or immunisation status printout from Medicare
